That's Chopin's Etude Op. 10 No. 4. No, I was never that good a pianist. But it's not really hard to play something like that for short bursts; it's the focus and consistency required to maintain that level of performance for more than a few seconds that is hard! ;)

Like many things, at the upper levels it's all in the mind. And now you know why I'm not a concert performer... ;)
