Unless you've been under a rock for the last week, you're aware that Barak Obama has been on an extensive tour of the Middle East, most-recently Iraq. Apparently he has been learning a lot at this last stop.
For example, he learned that you don't need to wear body armor at the Baghdad Airport. And he got a helicopter tour of Baghdad with General Petraeus. He also received extensive briefings, and noted the steep decline in violence.
And what conclusions did he draw from all of this?
Obama also said that knowing what he knows now he still would have opposed sending more troops to Iraq last year.
I'm absolutely speechless.
