Checking In

Just wanted to let you know I'm still here--alive and kicking. Although on the subject of kicking, it's the weather that's kicking my butt. HUMID!!! When you put someone's business card in your hip pocket and then take it out an hour later only to discover it's a limp, sodden mess, then you know it's humid, haha! I was surprised the ink didn't run!

Fortunately, the weather today is better than yesterday. Marginally.

So far it's been a great experience; I'll have the details when I come up for air after it's over. Right now I have my first bit of free time and I'm torn between a nap and a visit to the Riverwalk/Alamo... I think the nap is winning.
