UPDATE: On Wednesday I have 2.5 hours of flight layover in Las Vegas (9:30 p.m. to midnight), and Sunday afternoon I have 1.5 hours in Phoenix (3:15 to 4:45). Anybody want to try and squeeze in a quick hello?

I just discovered I'll be headed to San Antonio, Texas next weekend (August 2-5). I'm visiting Brooke Army Medical Center, among other activities. Any Texas friends--or friends of friends--in the vicinity?

It also involves a very big announcement that Soldiers' Angels and Valour-IT are about to make (stay tuned for details).

Guess I'll have to get that haircut I've been putting off since the last time I left the state, haha!

My first time in Texas... should be fun.
